Fitness Class Descriptions

Zumba® – When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.
 
Zumba Interval® Get in shape fast with this workout that mixes high energy max interval training in a circuit with your favorite - ZUMBA in between. Circuit will include challenging exercises for everyone that will target all muscle groups!

 
Zumbatomic® – Designed exclusively for kids (ages 4-12), Zumbatomic classes are rockin’, high-energy fitness-parties packed with specially choreographed, kid-friendly routines and all the music kids love, like hip-hop, reggaeton, cumbia and more. Parents love Zumbatomic because of the effects it has on kids, increasing their focus and self-confidence, boosting metabolism and enhancing coordination. Zumbatomic rounds out family fitness goals by giving parents a great reason to head to the gym – for themselves, for their kids, for a totally fun family experience.


Pilates - Pilates is a form of exercise, developed by Joseph Pilates which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement. *Please bring your own mat to this class.
 
Kickbox/Abs - This class is for the gym goer that loves a little of everything!! Get your rush on the floor, shadow boxing with fast punches, strong kicks, combos, and plyometric movements! After this class be prepared to feel stress free and indestructive. 

 

Bootcamp - Get in shape fast with this workout that mixes high energy max interval training with concentrated muscle shapening and toning. Will include challenging exercises for EVERYONE! Meant to target all muscle groups.

 

Brazilian butt Lift - We all want that butt that makes us feel great and makes us excited to put on our skin tight clothes. With this class get ready to access muscles in the lower part of your body you didn't know you had! Angle training is the theory behind this class - using all the angles to enhance, lift, tighten, and tone. Want results? Come get 'em! We will finish class with AB RIPPER!


CHAIR™  Dance & Fitness - Chair fitness is the only class where you can get a satisfying strength workout while feeling sexy! The unique structure of this class is based upon several fitness and dance theories including ballet barre, pilates and yoga! You will work, you will dance, You will sweat! Props and heels encouraged for our 10min party portion of the class! Get hot, Get sexy, Get Fit!™
